1. Are you a manufacturer?

  We are manufacturer. We have our own factory in China to ensure competitiveness in price.


2. How can I get a sample?

   Yes, we can offer custom sample. Please contact info@firstsailpack.com.


3. Do you customize package?Can I do a completely customized packaging program?

   Yes. We do both ODM original design & OEM manufacturing.

   We can help making your own brand.

5. Do you have ready-made stock boxes/bags

   No. Our stock is limited. We might have some stock samples for some styles. We make more custom samples and products. It is highly recommended that you present your own brand image on the packaging.


6. How much will you charge for the sample making?

   Virtual sample design is free of charge.

   Proofing fee is 200 dollars, which will be retured to you if a large quantity mass production order is confirmed.


7. What is your minimum order quantity for the paper box?

  1000 pieces.

1. Can you offer sample?

Yes, we can offer sample.

  NOTICE:Due to privacy promise to our clients, we are not allowed to give their packaging samples to other clients withour their permission.

We have extremly strict quality control system. We once did packaging for HUGO BOSS, DIOR, Hennessy,H&M, SEPHORA, etc. Quality is assured in contract.To verify  the quality of our products, new clients are welcomed to visit our sample room and factory any time.



2. Sample Fee?

 Stock samples are free but its quantity is limited. Clients only need to pay for freight.

3. Sample production Time?

Sample making time is 2-14 working days, depending on complexity.


4. Sample delivery time?

3-7 days. Delivered by Fast Express ( DHL, Federex, etc)





1. How to determine the box structure?

Please contact our professional packaging design team to help you with the box structure.

Here are some matters you should take into consideration:

  1. Is there a window that shows the product?

  2. Is it a kit or gift set that needs to hold many pieces in a certain way.

  3. Is there an "unboxing" experience you would like the consumer to have?

  4. What are the drop testing or ship test requirements?

  5. Is it part of a larger product line that needs to carry a uniform look?

  6. What does the retailer want? Ultimately, they decide what gets into stores.

  7. Is there art that must be on the package front that may affect the size of the box?

  8. Do you know how it will be master packed? It needs to get where it’s going safely.

  9. How will the product be fulfilled? By hand, semi-automated filling, or a high-speed automated filling line?

  10. If you plan on a more complicated structure, that requires more hand labor to assemble and fill, has that been considered in the budget?

  11. How much real estate will the package need to do the job of communicating and educating the consumer? Extra fold out panels might be considered if education in-store is required to help sell the product.

  12. Are there other quality requirements or performance specifications? Water resistance, grease barrier, outdoor use, child safety, FDA compliance, are some, and the list goes on.

You should have the product in order to size the box correctly. If this is a secondary package, you should already have a sample or prototype of the primary package. Primary packages include bottles, tubes, jars etc. Or you should have dimensions and weights at the very least.


2. We would require a sample; in what format shall I send you the artwork (design)?

The following formats are all acceptable:

  1. Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)

  2. Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps)

  3. CorelDraw (.cdr)

  4. Adobe Photoshop (.psd)


3. What is Pantone color (PMS / Spot color)?

Pantone Inc. is a corporation headquartered in Carlstadt, New Jersey, USA. The company is best known for  its Pantone Matching System (PMS), a proprietary color space used in a variety of industries, primarily printing, though sometimes in the manufacture of colored paint, fabric, and plastics.


4. Can you design a reusable package for us?

Yes. We can offer you a eco-friendly solutions, for example, using recycled materials, making the package reusable, etc.



1. Do you use recycled paper?

We have recycled paper and common paper. We recommend using recycled paper if your budget , as its more environmental friendly.


2. Sample/mass production Time?

Sample box making time 2-14 working days, depending on the complexity.

Mass production time 14-21 working days.


3. How could you assure the quality?

We only deliver qualified products to our clients. Your representatives are welcomed to visit our factory and inspect the products anytime during and after the mass production process.




1. What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?


It depends on the cause. We will never disclaim our own responsibility for quality.


For the benefits of both sides, we require our clients confirm the virtual sample before sample making, confirm the real sample before mass production and sign related confirmation ducuments. Clients must do quality inspection before shipment and confirm the shipment ways.  Any personal or third party inspection during the manufacturing process is welcomed.


We always take the shipment conditions into consideration when we design and manufacture the products, and use a firm external packing material.

3. Estimated costs of shipping?

  Pleass inform us your nearest seaport, or your address. We will inform you this in our quotation sheet.


4. How will you deliver us the sample?

  We send our sample to clients by fast express (DHL,UPS,TNT ,FEDEX,etc)


5.Will it be delivered to our office or we have to go and clear it at the shipping dock?

  • For fast express of small quantity products, the package is sent directly to your office.

  • For air freight, to your airport.

  • For sea shipping, it is decided by the delivery term you choose, we can do EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP.  For example, if you choose CIF, you have to go and clear it at the shipping dock.

1. How do I become authorized Firstsail Partner?


Ideally the product should fit with your current business, so design companies and studios, marketing consulting companies are preferred. 1. I’m planning my trip now to go to shenzhen. I'd like to visit your factory. Can you give me your factories address and recommend a hotel close to your factory?

Our headquater office is in Longhua District, Shenzhen, near the Shenzhen North Railway Station.

Our factory is located in Guanlan, Longhua disctrict where is far away from the city center and not very convinient.

So it’s better to book hotel for you near our headquater office with a more convinient location. it's also our design studio\ showroom\ reception office. We’ll pick you up and drive to the factory.
